Though Brazil is known for its superb skill in soccer, it has begun to catch the golfers fever. In Sao Paulo, the worlds third largest city, there has grown the highest concentration of golf courses and players in all of Brazil. But it hasn't stopped there, golf courses have appeared near Iguassu (a massive Niagra falls), and also in the basin of the Amazon. Architects have even taken advantage of the marvels that can be found in the nordeste (northeast), and have created paradises unmatched. Now 3 golf courses can be located within Brazil's bounderies. In the north of the country the weather can be enjoyed year round, however in the south tempretures drop considerably during their winter months, June through August. |
